Terms of Service
These terms are the agreement between you and Maxim Klishevich, who runs Dice Poker at dice.klishevich.com. By creating an account or playing, you accept them. Last updated: 4 October 2026.
The service
Dice Poker is a free online dice game. You can play against bots, with friends on one device, or with other players online. We may change, add or remove features, and we may stop the service, giving notice on the site where we can.
Your account
- You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
- Use an email address you control, and keep your password to yourself.
- You are responsible for what is done with your account.
- You can delete your account at any time in your account settings.
Nicknames and fair play
Other players see your nickname, results and reactions. Please do not:
- choose a nickname that is offensive, hateful or sexual, pretends to be someone else, or carries contact details or advertising;
- let a script or another program make your moves in online games;
- use several accounts, or play against yourself, to raise a rating;
- take advantage of a bug instead of reporting it to us, or try to break into the site or overload it;
- harass other players or deliberately spoil their games.
What we may do
If an account breaks these terms, we may change its nickname, correct ratings gained unfairly, or suspend or delete the account. Where we can, we will tell you first and explain why. If you think we got it wrong, write to us.
Ratings and results
Ratings, statistics and results are kept for fun. They carry no prize and no money value, and we may recalculate or reset them to correct mistakes or cheating.
No guarantees
We work to keep the game running and your data safe, but the service is provided as it is: it may sometimes be unavailable, slow or contain errors. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for losses caused by using or not being able to use it. Nothing in these terms takes away rights that the law of your country gives you as a consumer.
Privacy
How we handle your data is described in the Privacy Policy.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms. We will announce important changes on the site, and the date at the top will change. If you keep playing after that, the new terms apply; if you disagree, you can delete your account. Questions: info@klishevich.com.
