Privacy Policy

This page explains what Dice Poker at dice.klishevich.com stores about you, why, and how to have it removed. Last updated: 4 October 2026.

Who is responsible

Dice Poker is run by Maxim Klishevich, who decides how your data is used. For any question or request about your data, write to info@klishevich.com.

What we store and why

  • Your account: your email address, to sign in and to send the activation and password reset emails; your password, stored only as a one-way hash that cannot be turned back into the password; and the nickname you choose for online play, which other players see. Your email is never shown to other players.
  • Your games: your score sheets, results, history, statistics and online rating, so you can continue a game and see how you played.
  • Your sessions: a record of each device you are signed in on, kept in a form that cannot be used to sign in, so a stolen session can be detected and ended.
  • Your IP address: counted for up to 15 minutes to limit how often an address can try to sign in or request emails, which protects accounts from password guessing and spam, and kept in the web server logs for 14 days to investigate faults and attacks.

We use your account and game data to provide the game you signed up for, and your IP address for our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure. We do not sell your data, show ads or build profiles of you.

Who else handles it

The site runs on a server in a data centre in Frankfurt, Germany, operated by Akamai (Linode). Activation and password reset emails are sent through our email provider. Fonts and every other file of the site come from our own server, so loading a page sends nothing to third parties.

Cookies and local storage

The site needs only the items below, which are strictly necessary for the features you use and therefore need no consent. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies today. If we add analytics, it will run only after you allow it, and this page will name it.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and games until you delete your account in your account settings. Deleting it removes your email, password, nickname, sessions, games played on one device and statistics at once. Online games you took part in stay in the other players’ history, with the nickname you used at that table, because those results are theirs too. Server logs are deleted after 14 days.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to how we use it, and take it elsewhere. Write to info@klishevich.com and we will answer within a month. You may also complain to the data protection authority where you live.

The site is not meant for children under 16.
